Annual Use Fee

Permit fee covers Lot Owner and, only if listed below, Spouse/Partner and Immediate Family Members. Permit fees will be considered late if payment is postmarked after February 15, 2025. Add a late fee of $50.00 if payment is not made by the deadline.

List Spouse/Partner & Immediate Family Members that will be covered under this permit, along with each person’s relationship to the lot owners (Immediate Family Member is defined as Parents, Children, Grandchildren, and their spouses/partners).

A 3.5% processsing fee will be added to the total amount due.

Acknowledgements

In consideration of the Annual Permit Use Fee, I hereby acknowledge and agree: (1) That all lot owners named herein shall defend, with counsel of CCWC’s choice, indemnify, protect, and hold CCWC and CCWC’s board members harmless from any and all claims, demands, costs (including but not limited to attorneys’ fees), expenses, damages, losses and causes of action for damages asserted by lot owner(s) or lot owner(s)’ invitees because of injury to persons (including death) or damage to property while using the CCWC lake or CCWC common areas. (2) That all lot owners hereby waive, release, and forever discharge any and all claims for damages for personal injury, death, or property damage which lot owner or lot owner’s invitees may have or which may hereafter accrue as a result of using the CCWC lake or CCWC common areas. (3) That any existing or future structure(s) placed upon CCWC property is the personal/private property of the lot owner. Further, all taxes incurred on the structure(s), as well as upkeep, are the responsibility of the lot owner. (4) I will obey the current version of the Rules and Regulations of Camp Creek Lake. These rules may change at the direction of the Board. Upon an infraction of said rules, I agree that the Board of Directors of Camp Creek Water Company may PENALIZE, SUSPEND, OR CANCEL my use of the lake.*
